338 King Street Project – Completed September 2024
338 King street was constructed in the early 1800s and consists of a stucco facade on a three wythe brick structure. The owners contacted WxTite for assistance with large stucco cracks, repairs to the corroded metal cornice which was in danger of falling off of the building, and numerous other issues. WxTite replaced the stucco on the facade, replaced eight windows, installed new flashings, repaired the corroded metal cornice and pediments, and performed structural crack repairs to the masonry substrate behind the stucco.
