Recent Project Highlights

Remediation + Reclad

Due to construction deficits this multi-family property required MCM panel remediation and reclad. Our team had to remove and replace MCM panels from the original construction in six phases including the four exterior sides of the structure and two interior courtyards. At the end of each phase the building was pressure washed and repainted.

Reconstruction + Reclad

Façade reconstruction and repair on metropolitan mulitfamily building. Our team completed removal and replacement of brick and stucco cladding, removal and reinstallation of Juliet balcony doors, removal and reinstallation of windows in stucco, interior finish repairs, framing and sheathing repairs where water damage was present, new flashings and weather resistant barrier.

Reconstruction

After significant water intrusion issues left a complete stack of apartments unlivable our team was contracted to demo and rebuild a complete stack from roof to podium slab. Revised waterproofing details at the exterior facade and roof terrace will ensure the buiding is resiliant to future water events.
