Recent Project Highlights

Commercial New Roof

For this new construction industrial building our roofing team installed 120,000 SF of TPO with metal box gutters and downspouts in Greensboro, NC.

Industrial Spec New Roof

Our roofing division completed the roofing scope of work on two new construction mirror image industrial buildings totaling 400,000 SF just north of Richmond, VA. The team partnered with the GC to achieve the original project deadline despite the project site receiving 20" of rain in 50 days at the start of the project. Our team installed 400,000 SF mechanically fastened 60 mil TPO, gutters, downspouts and coping metal in a total of 45 days.

Roof Replacement

Our team recently completed a roof replacement to this company HQ building in High Point, NC. There were two sections of roof to replace: 32,000 SF of ballast roof on the lower building and 230,600 SF of ballast roof with membrane replacement on the upper warehouse.

Multifamily New Construction Roof

Our roofing team installed 206,000 SF of architectural shingles with K style seamless gutters with standing seam metal accents for a new construction multi-family development in Cary, NC.

Cinema Roof Replacement

Our roofing team completed a 51,000 SF re-roof to install a new TPO roofing system to this movie theater in High Point, NC.
