Typically historical structures possess alternative construction materials like stone, brick, granite, cast stone and terra-cotta.  Although these products have stood the test of time, they are not maintenance free.

Historical structures frequently display substrate deterioration from cracks and surface erosion that can contribute to structural deficiencies from freeze/thaw attack and corrosion development. If left unattended, these defects can lead to public safety concerns and expensive cumulative repairs.

Our team will work to restore and protect these structures while preserving their value in history working with local regulatory agencies to adhere to all standards and best practices.
