Our restoration + waterproofing division completed waterproofing façade restoration to a 21-story high-rise office building located in a downtown metropolitan district. Scope included window wet glazing, precast sealant replacement, patching of surface spalls and cracks, cleaning severely soiled surfaces using high pressure hot water process, and protecting the parapet backside with acrylic elastomeric paint.
