Our roofing division completed the roofing scope of work on two new construction mirror image industrial buildings totaling 400,000 SF just north of Richmond, VA. The WxT team partnered with the GC to achieve the original project deadline despite the project site receiving 20″ of rain in 50 days at the start of the project. Our team installed 400,000 SF mechanically fastened 60 mil TPO, gutters, downspouts and coping metal in a total of 45 days.
