The service crew conducted a comprehensive roof assessment and identified three areas where the EPDM membrane required removal and replacement. Each affected area was clearly marked to ensure precise repair coverage.

The damaged membrane sections were carefully removed, and new EPDM membrane was installed in their place. The new membrane was secured using Sure-Seal adhesive to create a strong, watertight bond with the existing roof substrate. All perimeter edges of the newly installed membrane were sealed with 6-inch EPDM cover strip in accordance with manufacturer specifications, ensuring proper integration with the existing roof system and maintaining warranty compliance.
