WxTite delivered exterior cladding and architectural metal solutions for this mixed-use development adjacent to the NC A&T campus in Greensboro, NC. Our scope encompassed comprehensive wall panel installation and flashing systems designed to enhance both the building’s aesthetic appeal and weather protection.

We installed wall panels on exterior walls, canopy entrance, and columns, plus wood-like soffits. Z-Girt framing was used for panel support and ventilation.

We provided flashing at windows, doors, grills, the building base, and every other floor to manage moisture and improve durability.
