WxTite provided a complete roof replacement for this educational facility at North Carolina State University. The project delivered an upgraded, energy-efficient roof system that improves building protection for students and staff.

We removed the old roof, primed and applied a vapor barrier, added ISO insulation and coverboard with adhesive, finished with a fully adhered TPO membrane, and flashed all penetrations.

The installation was completed with a Secure-Lock gravel stop, expansion joints, and counterflashing.
