WxTite provided comprehensive exterior cladding installation for this 220,000 SF multifamily building in Charlotte, NC. The scope encompassed fiber-cement panel and lap-siding systems, with custom furring and transition details.

Our team installed 3/8″ wood furring strips behind panel locations and pressure-treated 2″x6″ wood furring strips behind lap siding to create proper drainage planes. All fiber cement panels and lap siding were installed using nail fasteners for optimal holding power. The installation included all required fasteners, trim components, and lifts for complete system integration.

Custom shop-fabricated aluminum coil transition flashing in standard color was installed where siding transitions to brick, ensuring weathertight connections and refined aesthetic transitions between materials.
