WxTite delivered a complete roof replacement for this 52,580 SF public facility in the Triad region. The result is a newly rebuilt roof system that improves durability, weather resistance, and facility asset protection.

We removed the pavers and the old system, then installed Securock, polyiso insulation, and a TPO membrane up the parapet walls for waterproofing.

The project finished with a rapid lock edge for secure membrane anchoring and a clean look.
