WxTite provided full commercial roofing for this 124,000 SF facility in the Triad. The project had two roofing systems designed for the facility’s needs.

For the main roof, we installed a multi-layer waterproof system with poly air barrier, poly-iso insulation, and TPO roofing finished with steel coping. All curbs and penetrations were flashed in accordance with specifications.

The canopy roof received a polyiso insulation system, along with steel gutters and downspouts for water management.
