CT Nassau was a 120 SF project in Greensboro, NC focused on under heat exhaust repair. The existing roof had melted due to high heat exposure and improper material installation by previous contractors. WxTite removed a 20’x30′ area down to the original roof deck, installed new insulation and TPO membrane, removed modified roofing with asphalt cement in three separate areas, replaced insulation as needed, and installed new TPO that was tied into the existing TPO membrane system.
