WxTite provided a comprehensive roofing solution for this project, combining a TPO roof system with a standing-seam metal roof system. The outcome ensured the facility met diverse performance requirements, strengthening both weather protection and building longevity.

We installed loose-laid polyisocyanurate insulation with tapered crickets for drainage, a cover board, and a fully adhered TPO membrane over parapet walls.

The project included shop-fabricated coping and a standing-seam roof, with all flashings and terminations installed to specifications.
