WxTite delivered a complete roof replacement for this education building at North Carolina State University. The new multi-layer adhered roofing system improved the building’s energy efficiency and long-term weather protection, supporting safer campus operations.

We removed the roof to the deck, primed, applied a vapor barrier, then adhered ISO insulation, coverboard, and the TPO membrane, flashing all penetrations per specifications.

We completed with Secure-Lock gravel stop, coping, expansion joints, and counterflashing.
