We delivered a complete roof replacement for this multifamily project in Charlotte, NC. As a result, the building benefited from a new high-performance roofing system that increased longevity and safeguarded residents from weather-related issues.

We removed the existing roof and installed a multi-layer system with insulation, cover board, and tapered polyiso for drainage. TPO roofing was fully adhered to the parapet walls.

We finished with shop-fabricated metal components for coping, drip edge, gutters, and conductor heads, ensuring water management and aesthetics.
