We’re excited to announce that work has begun on our St. Regis oceanfront project—a substantial renovation featuring the removal and replacement of an expansive two-story curtainwall system atop this stunning coastal property.
This comprehensive project includes several key components: complete demising wall installation, fenestration removal and preparation, concrete repair work, and the installation of approximately 3,500 square feet of new curtainwall system. The scope also encompasses new EIFS detail bands with updated flashing systems and refined interior finishes.
Our team is working diligently to transform this oceanfront space while maintaining the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship throughout the process.
