Façade Transformation
We’re thrilled to share that WxTite has broken ground on an extensive exterior renovation project at the prestigious Linville Ridge Clubhouse in Linville, North Carolina. This ambitious undertaking will completely reimagine the clubhouse’s façade across its two main elevations.
Project Highlights
This large-scale renovation features the installation of fully insulated and wrapped demising walls alongside a comprehensive transformation of the building’s exterior elements:
The project includes replacing all windows, glass systems, and storefront doors throughout the structure. Our team will install more than 50,000 pounds of new structural steel while demolishing and reframing 12,000 square feet of exterior walls. New sheathing and fluid-applied air barrier systems will ensure superior weather protection and energy efficiency.
The architectural vision comes to life through 12,000 square feet of sleek composite metal panels and the construction of 21 elegant stucco and stacked stone columns. Additionally, we’re creating 3,000 square feet of suspended drywall soffit systems beneath the existing structure to enhance both aesthetics and functionality.
