Façade Renovation
WxTite is proud to undertake a complete exterior restoration at the MUSC Basic Science Building. This multi-faceted project encompasses full window replacement throughout the structure, installation of through-wall flashing systems at every floor level, and thorough façade restoration and cleaning to revitalize the building’s appearance.
Project Update
Our team is currently in the mobilization phase, preparing the roof for suspended scaffolding installation. Given that the existing roof lacks an integrated anchorage system, we’ve implemented an engineered solution using strategically positioned concrete barriers aligned with structural members to serve as secure tie-back points for our scaffolding system.
This thoughtful approach ensures both worker safety and structural integrity as we move forward with this important healthcare facility renovation.
