WxTite provided a complete roof replacement for this 51,100 SF entertainment facility in the Triad region. This approach maximized efficiency, minimized disruption to theater operations, and enhanced the venue’s roof integrity.

We removed the existing membrane and flashing, added a coverboard, mechanically attached the new TPO, and adhered it to the parapet walls.

Flashing was installed at 72 penetrations, with care taken to reinstall coping, conductor heads, and downspouts.
